A fully stocked kitchen including a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, standard coffee maker & toaster. Cable TV, Wifi, Roku for steaming apps and a landline for local calls. Circle drive, plenty of room for trailer parking and garage access. Fire pit for use in backyard with lots of yard space. Close to downtown Grand Marais and beach access points.
